About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to support a Minnesota school district for this school year. This full-time role serves a self-contained classroom for students in grades 1–3, offering a meaningful opportunity to support young learners with diverse learning needs. In this position, you will create and lead a structured, supportive learning environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth. You will deliver individualized instruction across core content areas while encouraging communication, independence, and positive behavior. Collaboration is central to this role—you’ll partner closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to ensure each student receives consistent, high-quality support. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitoring student progress, and using data-informed strategies to guide instruction. You will design engaging, differentiated lessons that build on each student’s strengths and help them achieve meaningful goals. The ideal candidate is patient, innovative, and deeply committed to student success. Experience in a self-contained or specialized instructional setting is preferred. A valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement is required. Requirements

• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license.
• Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a related educational role.
• Strong background in supporting students with a wide range of learning needs and disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s in Special Education or related field preferred).
