About The Position

The position is for a Special Education Teacher, responsible for providing educational support to students with special needs. The teacher will work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students.

Requirements

• Must possess LBS1 certification.
• Must have a Professional Educator License (PEL).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices.
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
