About The Position

Coachella Valley Unified School District covers more than 1,200 square miles of mostly rural desert terrain, serving the communities of Coachella, Thermal, Mecca, Oasis, Indio, and the Salton Sea. The district currently operates fourteen elementary schools, three middle schools, three comprehensive high schools, one continuation high school, and one adult school. Coachella Valley Unified School District has a growing reputation for innovative programs and outstanding staff. Coachella Valley Unified School District has a large Latino and English Learner population that has made tremendous improvements in student achievement in the past few years. Requirements

Valid California Education Specialist Credential or Intern Eligibility Letter.
Must have Educational Specialist Credential with Special Preschool Authorization Authorization code would be R3EC: ECSE - Early Childhood Special Education
Certification CLAD, ELA1 or ELA E
