About The Position
The District is pleased to offer a signing bonus of $12,000 as an incentive for Special Education teachers to join our district. This bonus will be disbursed in equal installments over a three-year period, contingent upon your continued employment as a teacher within our district. The payments are structured as follows: Year 1 $4,000 at the end of the academic year Year 2 $4,000 at the end of the academic year Year 3 $4,000 at the end of the academic year. To qualify for each installment, you must remain actively employed and in good standing as a teacher with the district at the time of the scheduled payment.
