About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher to support middle school students in an inclusive academic environment. This role involves delivering individualized instruction through both push-in and pull-out services, ensuring students receive the support needed to succeed academically and socially.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey DOE Instructional License (Required)
- Certification in Middle School Special Education
- Must be Highly Qualified in ELA and/or Math
- Strong classroom management and communication skills

- Previous experience working with middle school students preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Deliver push-in and pull-out services in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
