About The Position
The Special Education Teacher at Amergis is responsible for providing quality educational services to special education students from kindergarten through grade 12. This role involves collaborating with a team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and instructional strategies that cater to students with diverse learning, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. The teacher will also mentor teaching assistants and maintain positive relationships with students and their families.
