Responsibilities

• Observing and evaluating classroom instruction
• Providing constructive feedback to teachers
• Facilitating professional development workshops to enhance instructional practices
• Collaborating closely with educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Implementing effective strategies that cater to the unique needs of students
• Active participation in team meetings
• Analyzing student performance data to assess progress and inform instructional decisions
