About The Position

The Special Education Teacher Itinerant position is designed for educators who will work with students with special needs across various classrooms within Beverly Elementary School. The role requires a commitment to providing tailored educational support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with Autism and other disabilities. The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with general education teachers to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.

Requirements

• WV Teacher Certification in Special Education.
• Multi Categorical (LD/BD/ID/DD) K-6 or K-AD certification.
• Autism K-6 or K-AD certification.
• Experience working with students with special needs.

Responsibilities
