About The Position
The Gardner High School RISE Programs is a substantially separate program focused on the needs of students with disabilities relevant to significant cognitive deficits coupled with social and adaptive needs as determined by assessment results. The program addresses the whole child by moving to enhance life functioning skills and offering the least restrictive environment for learning. Speech/language, Occupational and Physical Therapist personnel provide individual services as needed. The RISE Program offers a flexible learning environment to enhance individual skills while staying connected to traditional general education classes and remaining an integral part of the Gardner High School Community.
