About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support elementary learners through targeted academic and behavioral intervention. Requirements
- Active Minnesota teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
- Prior experience in special education or a related teaching role, with demonstrated success supporting students with diverse needs.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized academic support in key areas such as reading, writing, and math.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs that reflect student goals and follow district guidelines.
- Support student development in social skills, emotional regulation, and executive functioning.
- Partner with teachers, families, and service providers to ensure coordinated and effective student support.
