Apply Now through Indeed or at:https://ampersandtherapy.com/apply-now Position Overview Role: Middle School Special Education Teacher Setting: Emotional and Behavior Disorders (EBD) Location: Anoka, Minnesota Hours: 7:35-3:15 Remainder of the 2025-2026 school year Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives Support student growth with evidence-based practices and interventions

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field (Tier 3 or 4 required)
Background check and drug screening required
Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities

Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students
