Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field (Tier 1-4)
  • Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students
  • Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction
  • Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives
  • Support student growth with evidence-based practices and interventions
