About The Position
Be the bridge to academic success for students in the Goodyear, AZ area! Cross Country Education is looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year to provide the critical academic support and case management that helps middle and high schoolers thrive in a rigorous environment. Position Overview: Lead small-group resource sessions for students in grades 6–12, providing specialized instruction across middle and high school core subjects. Manage individual student cases, including documenting services and tracking academic progress. Partner with the Special Education team and general education faculty to implement tailored educational strategies and support student success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Arizona Special Education Certification (Grades 6+)
- Valid Content Area/Generalist Certification (Grades 6-12)
- Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities
