About The Position

This is a 0.6 - 1.0 FTE non-continuing contract position for a Special Education: Resource Teacher (will be split between Seattle Hill and Little Cedars Elementary Schools). FTE will be based on the number of students in the program. Under the direction of the Principal, responsible for helping students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able and responsible citizens. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.

Requirements

• Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
• Possess and maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification for duration of employment with the District when required for position by Board Policy.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects/working with Resource Room Teachers at Seattle Hill and Little Cedars Elementary Schools.
