As a key member of our team, you’ll help ensure smooth daily operations and provide direct support to students in a special education setting. Your work will span program coordination, student services, and administrative support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 2 years of administrative or related experience
Experience in a nonprofit, educational, or school setting strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Program Director and Behavior Supervisor to manage coverage needs and resolve issues
Oversee and audit the Student Medication Administration process
Plan and implement meaningful on- and off-campus work experiences for students
Transport students to internship sites, observe performance, and provide job coaching
Coordinate the Lunch Program and maintain communication with the food vendor and dietician
Organize and administer local and state standardized testing in coordination with counties and teachers
Track and communicate staff absenteeism
Support on-campus student activities and reinforcement programs
Attend meetings, workshops, webinars, and conferences as needed
Drive company vehicles to transport students (passenger endorsement strongly encouraged)
Perform other duties as assigned
