As a key member of our team, you’ll help ensure smooth daily operations and provide direct support to students in a special education setting. Your work will span program coordination, student services, and administrative support.

  • Collaborate with the Program Director and Behavior Supervisor to manage coverage needs and resolve issues
  • Oversee and audit the Student Medication Administration process
  • Plan and implement meaningful on- and off-campus work experiences for students
  • Transport students to internship sites, observe performance, and provide job coaching
  • Coordinate the Lunch Program and maintain communication with the food vendor and dietician
  • Organize and administer local and state standardized testing in coordination with counties and teachers
  • Track and communicate staff absenteeism
  • Support on-campus student activities and reinforcement programs
  • Attend meetings, workshops, webinars, and conferences as needed
  • Drive company vehicles to transport students (passenger endorsement strongly encouraged)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Experience in a nonprofit, educational, or school setting strongly preferred
