As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will work directly with students to build skills, manage behaviors, and support their academic and personal growth. You’ll collaborate with teachers to implement engaging lessons, help students stay on track with their IEP and Day Treatment goals, and provide hands-on support throughout the school day. Beyond the classroom, you’ll assist and supervise students in community settings—ensuring safety, engagement, and inclusion in all activities such as swimming, skiing, and horseback riding. This role requires active participation in every aspect of student life, from behavior support to progress documentation. We are looking for a dependable, flexible, and patient individual who thrives in a team environment and maintains a positive, professional attitude while supporting students with diverse needs.
