The Transition ISP Paraprofessional will work with both the Inclusion Support staff as well as the Mild/Moderate Special Education staff at Stratton, with the goal of transitioning students from our Inclusion Support Program to the General Education classroom with Mild/Moderate support. Job duties will include typical ISP Paraprofessional duties as well as collaboration with Mild/Moderate program teachers. This is considered an Impact Special Ed Paraprofessional position. SUMMARY OF FUNCTION Assist Special Education/Regular Education teachers to meet the needs of children with special needs with academics, behavior modification, personal hygiene and /or physical/emotional conditions.
