Requirements
- Experience working with students with disabilities or in special education
- Strong background in literacy and reading instruction
- Patience, empathy, and a student-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (education-related field preferred)

Responsibilities
