About The Position

ISO Workforce Alliance is hiring a Special Education Instructional Aide II to support students with disabilities in Rocklin Unified School District schools. This role works closely with teachers and school staff to provide academic, behavioral, and personal care support to students across special education and inclusive settings.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative approach
• Comfortable supporting students with behavioral, physical, and/or medical needs
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting, mobility support, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Support students individually and in small groups with academic and functional skills
• Assist teachers with implementing IEP goals and behavior supports
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
• Assist students with personal care, mobility, and use of adaptive equipment (with training)
• Support transitions, recess, lunch, and community-based instruction as needed
• Collect basic data and share observations with the team
