About The Position
POSITION AVAILABLE - 2025-2026 SY Special Education Classroom Aide Part-time (5.00 Hours Per Day) Monday - Friday Harding Elementary School
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
- Willingness to actively assist special education students in the performance of learning activities, personal care, and/or toileting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with appropriate building staff.
- Must meet NJ Residency requirements as per the New Jersey First Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 (L.2011, Chapter 70).
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with students with behavioral/ learning needs preferred.
- Bilingual- Spanish speaking ability desired.
Responsibilities
