About The Position

The position involves assisting students with disabilities in meeting their physical and instructional needs both inside and outside the classroom. The role includes supporting the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEP), which encompasses self-help, behavior management, and instructional programs. The individual will work under the general supervision of the principal and the immediate direction of a certified teacher.

Requirements

• Meet state and federal requirements.
• Valid Texas educational aide certificate.
• Ability to work with children with disabilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• General technology knowledge.
