About The Position
The Aide (Special Education) position is designed to support students with disabilities under the supervision of a Certified Teacher. The role involves assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEP) and addressing the physical and instructional needs of individual students both inside and outside the classroom. The Aide will model the core organizational beliefs and values of KISD, provide program support, and maintain a commitment to the District mission, contributing to high student achievement.
