About The Position
The Special Education Aide position provides assistance to teachers in the daily instruction and care of eligible students with disabilities. As a paraprofessional, the employee works under the direction of the teacher to monitor and address the instructional, personal, and behavioral needs of students. This role is essential in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and supporting the educational team in fostering an inclusive learning environment.
