About The Position

The Special Education Paraprofessional will provide instructional and behavioral support for students with special needs at Lily Lake Elementary. This role is part of the Communication Integration Program (CIP) and involves working closely with students to help them learn and grow. The position requires transferring/lifting of students as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working with special needs students.

Requirements

• Must meet the state requirement of being Highly Qualified within 10 days of the first day of work.
• Must have one of the following: A Bachelor's Degree, An Associate's Degree, 60+ credits of post-secondary education, or a passing score on the ParaPro Exam.
• Be prepared to submit documentation in support of qualifications, such as transcripts or a copy of the ParaPro Exam report.
