About The Position
The Special Education (Mild/Moderate) Resource Specialist Program (RSP) position at Millikin Elementary School is designed for educators who are passionate about supporting students with special needs. As a Special Education teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. This includes assessing student progress, adapting instructional strategies, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
