A Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Political Science, Finance, or a related field; plus five years of progressively responsible administrative/managerial experience. Qualifying experience must include analyzing, developing and recommending programs, policies and procedures and advising the department head or chief executive officer on management and policy issues; knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis principles is required.
