About The Position
The Special Assets Team Lead is responsible for managing the workout and resolution of classified commercial and industrial (C&I) loans, as well as commercial real estate and multifamily loans. The primary goal is to preserve principal and minimize charge-offs while adhering to bank policies and procedures. This role involves overseeing a team of Special Assets Officers and requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively manage loan workouts and maintain relationships with borrowers and industry participants.
