Requirements

  • Technical certification in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the water treatment industry.
  • Up to 50% travel yearly to off-site plants, customers, or supplier sites.
  • 5+ years of experience in the field with industrial customer/work sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects that bring advanced chlorine dioxide (ClO₂), MCA, and chemical feed systems to life.
  • Manage projects from start to finish — from pre-installation site surveys to coordinating contractors, timelines, and equipment needs.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers, helping them succeed in the field and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Work on process piping and system redesigns, bringing creative solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to resolve challenges, establish timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest levels of safety, craftsmanship, and documentation while working on customer sites.
