Provide front line problem resolution, payor relations, and contract management for the tier II and III payors. Serves as a primary communicator and disseminator of accurate and pertinent Contracting information to key internal management and external customers. Provides second level oversight with the maintenance of the provider database and data reporting functions. Manages the Contract information, fee schedules and tools/matrices for all payors are maintained and distributed to the system in a timely manner and according to departmental policy.
