Job Details: Mon- Fri Pay $16.90 hour $2.00 shift differential Perform hourly fecal checks, SPC Sanitary Dress Checks, and Paw Temperature Checks Perform Thermometer Calibration Checks and Equipment Inspection Checks twice per shift Visually inspect meat for quality. Retrieve daily equipment (Watch, Hold Tags) Record and Maintain accurate records in Plant View 2.0 for Production Quality. All other duties as assigned by management and group leaders. II. REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB Must be able to use hands and fingers to perform necessary checks. Must be able to stand the duration of shift approximately an average of 8 hours. Bending, twisting and turning body from side to side to see and keep up with product. Must have good hand/eye coordination to safely process fillet. Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from their work stations. Must be able to communicate with Upper Management Must be able to work on tablets for data entry
