The SPARK internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical learning opportunities. The intern will work closely with the Retail Department to contribute to ongoing projects, gain insight into cannabis retail strategies, and develop skills that align with their academic and career goals. The Legal Intern will gain legal experience and training working under the supervision of FLUENT attorneys in a variety of practice areas of interest, including corporate transactions, securities, compliance & regulatory, government affairs & policy, litigation, and real estate. This position is expected to work full time, approximately 40 hours per week, at FLUENT's Tampa office. The internship is expected to last ten weeks from early June through mid-August 2025, although specific dates are flexible. Academic credit may be received subject to approval by the Legal Intern's academic institution.
