We’re looking to hire a talented Spares Associate based in Denton, Texas. Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor the Spares Associate is responsible for being the driving force behind critical order fulfillment—where accuracy, urgency, and technical knowledge come together to support global operations. From managing complex shipments to handling specialized materials like HAZMAT, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive mission-critical components right on time. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity in a team that keeps innovation moving forward.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English (read, write, speak) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with personal computers and systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and PPG.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, packing, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take initiative when solving problems.
  • Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and consistent productivity required.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; employment sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with RF guns, heavy order fulfillment, and warehouse equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using product knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Process documentation including packing slips, ship confirmations, and bills of lading.
  • Load LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments and manually process outbound orders.
  • Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment including reach trucks, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, and dock stockers.
  • Replenish inventory and put away received products in designated storage locations, including VLM systems.
  • Perform VLM transactions to support order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
  • Band pallets and consolidate PID shipments to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
  • Pick, pack, and ship HAZMAT materials in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; troubleshoot HAZMAT-related issues as needed.
  • Escalate order discrepancies or inventory concerns and support resolution processes.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily shipping and performance targets.
  • Follow all regulatory and company standards, including FDA, UL, and ISO guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Spares Distribution Center.
