About The Position

FeldCare Connects, an app based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Spanish-speaking Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve La Puente and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Control your own schedule and work in preferred coverage areas.
• Deliver one-on-one treatment to patients, observing, recording, and reporting their response to treatment.
• Determine the plan of care for each patient.
• Complete documentation using the Electronic Medical Record system.
• Access patients through the Cliniconnects app for streamlined referrals.
