Requirements

Fluent in both Spanish and English required
Positive, enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly and outgoing personality, especially when handling objections
Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
Self-starter mentality with ambition to grow
Professional appearance and demeanor
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Hospitality or previous sales experience preferred
Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Complete our full sales and phone skills training curriculum
Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot and showroom
Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers throughout the sales process
Help customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
Assist customers in completing sales and financing applications
Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
Utilize CRM tools and follow dealership sales processes consistently
