About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a pediatric client in Raleigh, NC.
This role is ideal for an RBT who is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services while working closely with both the child and family. We offer consistent scheduling and the opportunity to build a full-time caseload.
Schedule
Primary schedule: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Raleigh)
Additional hours available: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Durham clinic)
Expanded hours are available for candidates seeking full-time schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active RBT certification (BACB) required
• Spanish-speaking required
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with pediatric clients
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Follow behavior and safety support plans
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
