About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our property management operations in multiple locations. The Regional Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of properties, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, particularly in a regional or multi-site capacity, and will be adept at managing a diverse range of responsibilities across various properties. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the region, developing and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income. Providing exceptional customer service to tenants is paramount, and you will be expected to address any concerns or issues promptly. Regular property inspections will be conducted to ensure compliance with maintenance standards, and you will coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors. You will manage leasing activities, including showings, creating lease agreements, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections. Utilizing customer relationship management software, specifically Appfolio, you will track tenant interactions and monitor leasing activities. Additionally, you will prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for each property in the region, collaborating with legal administrative teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Training and mentoring property management staff will also be a key responsibility, providing guidance and support as needed. You will oversee construction or major maintenance projects and city inspections as required.
