A Day in the Life of an Intake Specialist As an Intake Specialist in our department, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and provide the initial impression of our firm. By gathering information from callers, you will utilize your critical thinking skills to assess prospective cases. This role is set in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, focusing on outbound calls, following up with internet leads, and ensuring that calls are managed appropriately by our attorneys. This position is crucial for delivering excellent customer service to new clients. Your positive, can-do attitude makes you enjoyable to work with for both clients and staff. While you are organized and take satisfaction in completing tasks, you also excel at interpersonal interactions with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow staff throughout your workday. Although you are self-directed and capable of working independently, you are also a collaborative team player, working with everyone in the firm to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. You take pride in working for an ethical firm that prioritizes customer service and find fulfillment in helping people navigate difficult times in their lives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English languages
  • Excellent computer and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
  • Strong speaking and grammatical skills
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
  • A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
