About The Position

Caring Senior Service is a non-medical, private duty home care agency dedicated to helping seniors live safely and independently at home. We provide compassionate, personalized care and value caregivers who bring heart, reliability, and professionalism to every visit. We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home support for seniors in the Katy area. This role is ideal for a dependable, warm, and service-minded CNA who enjoys building relationships and making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Requirements

• Current CNA license in the state of Texas (required)
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience preferred
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Dressing and mobility assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
• Help with meal preparation and hydration reminders
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation support
• Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines
• Maintain a respectful, patient, and professional approach at all times
