A typical day in the life of a Service and Support Administrator includes being out in the field meeting with individuals on your caseload. You might meet at their home, a coffee shop, one of our offices or wherever the individual is most comfortable. You will also be making phone calls from the iPhone we provide and attending Zoom meetings with others on your team or service providers to organize resources for your individuals served. You will enter case notes and update individuals' planning documents on the laptop we provide. You may be organizing and communicating from home part of your day and out in the field meeting with people in other parts of your day. You may stop into our offices to grab supplies or work for an hour in between appointments. Your goal is to support your assigned individuals in living their best life!
