Spanish Speaking Algebra Tutor
About The Position
Onsite Bilingual Spanish Algebra Regents Tutor will provide targeted, in-person academic support for 11th and 12th grade students preparing for the Algebra Regents exam. The tutor will work with small groups and individual students to strengthen algebraic concepts, problem-solving skills, and test-taking strategies aligned to Regents standards. The program runs from 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. As a Bilingual Education Champion, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in Math, Reading & Writing, Science, and other core subjects during school hours. Work alongside teachers and school staff to support classroom instruction, reinforce learning, and help multilingual students succeed.
