About The Position

Join the Global LT teaching community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring Spanish Language Teachers to provide in-person lessons to our clients. Job Information Ref: JOB-11313-202509 Students: 2 Large beginner groups with 10 students per group Location: South Jordan, UT Preferred start date: ASAP Lesson format: Face-to-face, in-person Hours: 25 hours per group (with potential for additional hours) - 1 hour per week, per group. Preferably on Wednesday between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, with a short break between the two groups. Focus: Spanish with Argentinian, Peruvian, and/or Chilean influence Goals: Improve Spanish communication skills for workplace interactions Build vocabulary and fluency for collaboration with colleagues in Latin America Develop confidence in conversations with native speakers Learn common expressions and cultural aspects relevant to Argentina, Peru, and Chile Strengthen listening, speaking, and practical workplace communication

Requirements

To have a native or near-native proficiency in Spanish
To have a degree or be certified in language teaching, education, linguistics, or a related field
To have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, and to have experience teaching large groups and multi-level groups
To be familiar with Argentinian, Peruvian, and/or Chilean Spanish and cultures
To be comfortable customizing curriculum and engaging, interactive, and professional lessons

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons tailored to large groups at beginner and intermediate levels
Incorporate regional cultural awareness (Argentina, Peru, Chile) into lessons
Focus on workplace-relevant Spanish for effective professional communication
Provide structured learning with clear objectives and practical applications
Monitor and adapt lessons to group dynamics and progress
