About The Position
Spanish Inclusion Intern (Human Resources)Join the Human Resources team and help make the workplace more accessible for Spanish‑speaking coworkers through translation, interpretation, and inclusion support.What You'll DoTranslate and interpret Spanish ↔ English for HR, safety, training, and daily communication.Support coworkers who need language assistance via email, phone, or in person.Help manage language‑support cases and coordinate with external translation vendors.Assist with inclusion initiatives, New Coworker Orientation, and community partnerships.Update training materials and help identify ways to improve language accessibility.Contribute to reports and project updates.
Requirements
- Current student or recent grad in HR, Business, Communications, or similar.
- Strong Spanish and English skills (written and verbal).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle sensitive information.
- Comfortable working with common software; translation tools are a plus.
- Collaborative, positive, and adaptable.
