U-Haul is seeking dedicated and energized professionals to work remotely as Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will handle back-to-back inbound calls in both Spanish and English, crafting acceptable solutions to address customer needs. You will be provided with the necessary tools and knowledge to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with U-Haul. The position requires a commitment to work 40 hours per week, primarily on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, with shifts scheduled from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Arizona time. Working on holidays is also required to provide year-round support for customers, and flexibility in scheduling may be necessary during peak times. The initial education and training program is comprehensive and paid, lasting three to five weeks. It includes 11 instructor-led courses and practical concept education from experienced instructors. You will engage in consistent mentorship and call support from senior agents, which will empower you to confidently take live customer calls from the start. The role emphasizes the importance of fluency in both Spanish and English, as calls will be taken in both languages, and fluency will be verified during the interview process. As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will engage with customers in a friendly and caring manner, maintaining a positive environment for interactions. You will need to possess a deep understanding of U-Haul's products and services to offer tailored solutions and anticipate customer needs proactively. Empathy and composure in challenging situations are essential, as is the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently.
