Responsibilities

• Serve only quality products in a sparkling store
• Say Hi and offer sample cups
• Serve customers wherever they are at the machines and register
• Suggest flavors and toppings
• Thank customers and invite them back
• Handle cash and balance the drawer
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Stock inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and perform deep cleaning
• Wear proper uniform
• Assist in training, coaching, and development of newly hired associates
• Taste product to ensure quality standards are met
• Act as a role model for outstanding customer service
• Ensure cleanliness, health, and safety standards are maintained
• Perform other job-related activities as requested by Store Leader
