About The Position

The Wine & Spirits Sales Associate at Twin Liquors is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations. The position involves engaging with customers, ensuring product knowledge, and promoting sales while adhering to responsible alcohol service regulations. The associate will work in a dynamic retail environment, contributing to a positive shopping experience and supporting the store's operational goals.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with local and state laws, including identification verification and intoxication prevention.
  • Assist in all aspects of store operations, focusing on cleanliness, product displays, signage quality, safety, and customer service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
  • Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
  • Set and achieve high standards in retail execution.
  • Communicate regularly with Store Team Leaders regarding proper store operations.
  • Operate POS, make change, and accurately conduct credit card transactions, accounting for all monies at the end of each shift.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and questions, providing assistance when necessary, including answering the store phone system.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are correct and maintain accuracy in cash handling.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
