About The Position

The Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility and timely support. This position requires a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• One year of customer service experience or equivalent, preferred
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Forklift experience and certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including the organization of the warehouse space.
• Responsible for shipping & receiving, part reconciliation, and inventory reports.
• Preparing orders for shipment, including palletizing and dock delivery, and recording arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Inspecting all stock for damage and keeping records of damages.
• Operating stock management tools, specifically a forklift.
• Conduct monthly inventory and maintain appropriate records.
• Manage returns for defective equipment.
