The Greeter/Information Host position involves engaging with prospective buyers at a ranch-inspired community, providing information about homes and amenities, and assisting in daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service and have a passion for ranch life, as it includes monitoring horse pastures and conducting tours of the Ranch Camp amenities.

  • Greet prospective buyers and provide information regarding homes and amenities.
  • Tour and demonstrate amenities to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain a daily traffic report for the weekly traffic report.
  • Monitor horses in pasture and enforce pasture restrictions per posted signage.
  • Review, complete, and understand procedures on the 'Pasture Procedures & Monitoring Checklist' for horse management and monitoring.
  • Report any building, equipment, or marketing site area problems for repairs/maintenance or troubleshooting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to the team and prospective buyers.
  • Experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or high-end retail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor.
  • Team player with the ability to work Friday - Sunday.
  • Former equestrian/horse care experience.
  • Candidates with a Real Estate license must be willing to transfer their license to the JWilliams Staffing brokerage.
