About The Position

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery of trade activations from warehouse to retail.
• Support the operational team in managing production, delivery, and compliance of POS packaging materials.
• Work with the Marketing & Sales team to deliver the trade marketing strategy across the US.
• Manage contracts and procurement of POS materials, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver various display materials and ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain and manage the critical path for trade initiatives, ensuring successful implementation from initiation to delivery.
• Use weekly forums to align with key stakeholders and monitor project statuses.
• Document and review retailer and licensor requirements quarterly.
• Track annual expenses of cardboard consumables against budget and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to align with scheduled work plans.
