We are seeking a skilled and dependable DMV Tag and Title agent to manage tag registrations, title transfers, and other automotive services. The role involves providing excellent customer service, accurately completing forms, collecting payments, and processing documentation related to motor vehicle transactions.

Delivering exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
Completing virtual forms in order to issue titles, plates, and registration
Accurately filling out PennDOT paperwork and preparing documents
Guiding clients through the necessary DMV forms for various tasks such as acquiring personalized plates, handicap placards, or reinstating their registration
Processing payments and maintaining transaction logs

Prior experience as a tag and title clerk or PennDOT/DMV agent is highly valued
Active notary commission preferred, but not required
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of PA DMV regulations and procedures is a plus
Experience with title/registration software systems (CVR, Dealertrack, Vitu, etc.) is a plus
