Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
• Cashing checks and other negotiable instruments for clients.
• Examine documents for endorsements and negotiability.
• Process loan payments and transfers between accounts.
• Sell traveler's checks, official checks, and money orders.
• Verify and balance cash daily, detecting and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain privacy of customer information and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Assist with training or orientation of new staff as needed.
• Complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.
